Terms of Service

Who This Agreement Is Between

These terms are between your church ("you," "your church") and The Amey Group LLC, operating as The City Hub and Fractional Outreach Director ("we," "us").

What You're Getting

The City Hub is a subscription service combining a software platform (territory mapping, attendance tracking, automated reporting, outreach CRM) with personal, ongoing coaching from Michael Amey as your Fractional Outreach Director — including monthly group coaching calls and direct liaison access.

Subscription & Billing

• Subscriptions bill monthly through Stripe and renew automatically until canceled.
• Founding rate: $297/month, available to a limited number of churches through a defined deadline, locked for a 6-month minimum term.
• Standard rate: $497/month, 3-month minimum term.
• If a payment fails, we'll attempt to charge your card again automatically over the following days. We won't suspend your access for a single failed attempt, but access may be suspended if payment issues aren't resolved.
• You may cancel at any time, effective at the end of your current billing period, subject to the minimum term you agreed to at signup.

Growth Targets Are Not Guarantees

Any attendance, giving, or growth figures shown in your reports — including "The Potential" and similar projections — are targets we build toward together, based on your real numbers and territory data. They are not promises or guarantees of results. Church growth depends on many factors outside our control, including your team's execution.

Your Data

You own the data your church enters into the platform, including your congregants' Connect Card information. We act as a processor of that data on your behalf. If you cancel your subscription, you may request an export of your data before your account is closed.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the platform's texting and email features only with the proper consent of the people you're contacting, and in compliance with applicable law (including TCPA requirements for SMS). You're responsible for the accuracy of the information your team enters.

Coaching Relationship

Coaching, monthly calls, and liaison access are provided personally by Michael Amey as part of your subscription. This is advisory in nature — final ministry, staffing, and strategic decisions remain your church's own.

Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including any impact on attendance, giving, or ministry outcomes.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, misuse of the platform (including sending unsolicited or non-consented communications), or violation of these terms.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
