Fractional Outreach Director

Your next 100 members,
three miles from your door

They visited once. Somebody meant to call. Then the week happened, and by next Sunday they were a name nobody remembered — and you never found out why they didn’t come back. That’s not a heart problem in your church. It’s a system problem, and it is fixable.

What you get

Everything a growing church needs to reach its neighborhood — without hiring for it.

01

Your 3-mile territory, mapped

Real population, real household counts, real churches around you — sourced from the U.S. Census. You'll finally see the size of the opportunity in your own neighborhood.

02

A full outreach system, built for you

Pipelines, nurture sequences, and follow-up automations — built and run on your behalf. Your team never touches a CRM.

03

A growth console that tells the truth

Attendance vs. last year, your serving ratio, salvations, and your City Reach Score — one honest screen, updated every week.

04

A weekly audit, a monthly strategy call

I personally check your system every week and walk your team through the numbers every month — the accountability a growing church actually needs.

How it works

Three steps. No tech skills required on your end.

1

Apply

Tell me about your church and your 3 miles. Takes five minutes.

2

We build your system

Your outreach CRM, your territory map, your automations — live within weeks.

3

You do ministry, I run the machine

Your team builds relationships. I keep the follow-up from ever falling through.

Why this exists

You’re not losing people because you don’t care.
You’re losing them because nobody owns the follow-up.

What Sunday actually looks like

A family visits. They fill out a card, or they don’t. Somebody means to call on Tuesday. Then the week happens — a funeral, a budget meeting, a leaky roof — and by the next Sunday they’re a name nobody remembers. You never find out why they didn’t come back, because nobody ever asked.

You already know the answer is someone whose whole job is outreach. You also know what that hire costs, and it isn’t in the budget this year.

So rent the role instead of hiring it

I become your Fractional Outreach Director. I map your three miles from real Census data, build the follow-up system, run it every week, and hand your team a report every Monday morning showing exactly what moved and what didn’t.

Your people do ministry. I make sure nobody slips through the crack between their first visit and their second.

A part-time outreach coordinator costs $1,400+ a month before benefits.

The First Five — CLOSED

$297/mo, and it never goes up

  • Everything in the standard rate
  • $200/mo less, for as long as you stay — no six-month cliff
  • Limited to the first 5 churches — closes Friday, September 4

The First Five rate is limited to the first 5 churches, or through 11:59 PM Pacific on Friday, September 4 — whichever comes first. Your rate never increases for as long as your church stays subscribed without a break. After the cohort closes, the standard rate is $497/mo with a 3-month minimum. Your church is billed separately, at cost, for its own phone number and text messaging. Growth figures shown in your reports are targets we build toward, never guarantees.

Questions, answered

Everything you’re wondering before you apply.

Yes. That's the The First Five rate — and it never goes up while you're with us. No six-month cliff, no renegotiation later. Once the five spots are gone, or after 11:59 PM Pacific on Friday, September 4, the rate is $497/mo. No setup fee either way.

One, and it isn't mine. Your church gets its own dedicated phone number and text messaging, billed at cost with no markup from me — and I'll show you the exact monthly figure before we turn anything on. The number belongs to your church, so if we ever part ways, it leaves with you. So do your contacts.

Show up and do ministry. Host events, build relationships, meet guests at the door. I build and run the entire tech system — the CRM, the automations, the follow-up — behind the scenes.

This isn't a replacement for your admin tools — keep whatever you already use for check-ins, giving, and service planning. This system is built for one job: reaching your 3-mile radius. When someone becomes a member, I hand them off to your existing system automatically.

Your system goes live within 2–3 weeks of signing, once texting compliance registration clears (that part depends on carriers, not on us — I'll walk you through exactly where it stands each week).

90-day minimum, then month-to-month. Every month you get a real strategy call with real numbers — if the system isn't earning its keep, we'll know from the data, not a guess.

Who’s behind this

Michael Amey

15 years pastoring in Windhoek, Namibia. Founder of City First. I’ve spent my ministry believing the same thing: your city is not too big to reach — it’s too unmapped. I built this system because I got tired of watching good churches lose good neighbors to bad follow-up.

Your next 100 members are already three miles away.

Let’s go get them.
